Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), and similar laws in other U.S. states, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising. This page explains what that means at 999Bullion LLC ("999Bullion," "we," "us") and how to exercise your choice. You do not need an account to opt out.

What we sell or share

These laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly. As described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy:

• Advertising and analytics. We share identifiers (such as IP address, cookie and device IDs, and hashed email address or phone number) and internet activity with advertising and analytics partners, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, through cookies, pixels, and audience uploads, to measure and personalize advertising.
• Leads and introductions. We may provide identifiers, commercial information, and professional information to members and referral partners in connection with leads and introductions.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

How to opt out

1. Cookie settings. Open the Cookie Settings link in the footer of our website and turn off advertising and analytics cookies. This choice applies to the browser and device you are using. If you use other browsers or devices, or clear your cookies, you will need to make the choice again there.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser. If you are logged in to your account, or we can otherwise associate the browser with you, we will also apply it to your account.
3. Email request. Email help@999bullion.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Use this method to opt out of sharing that does not depend on cookies, such as audience uploads, leads, and introductions. Please include your name and the email address and phone number you have used with us so we can identify your information.

What happens after you opt out

• We will process your request as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive it.
• We will notify the third parties to whom we sold or shared your personal information after you submitted the request and before we acted on it, and direct them to comply.
• We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months, unless you choose to do so.
• You do not need to verify your identity to opt out. We may ask for information only to locate your records or if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe the request is fraudulent.
• You may still see ads from us, but they will not be based on information we sold or shared about you. If you opt out, we will not pass your details to members or partners for leads or introductions unless you ask us to.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission.

Your other privacy rights

You may also have rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to appeal our decisions. See Section 19 of our Privacy Policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
