Club rules

The standards every member agrees to follow. They keep trading inside the club safe, fast and professional for everyone.

1. Community Trust & Reference Checks

We’re all here to build strong, long-term trade relationships among bullion dealers and industry professionals! Checking references before a deal is standard professional courtesy that keeps our trading environment safe and comfortable for everyone. If you’re trading with a new member or dealer, feel free to ask for references or work together to find mutually agreeable terms.

2. Prompt Communication & Professional Conduct

Once a deal on a metal lot is locked or an inquiry is made, keep communication active. Ghosting counterparties, delaying payment or shipment without agreement, or acting unprofessionally degrades trust and will result in warnings or bans.

3. Member Responsibility

Club administration does not manage logistics, facilitate payments, or serve as default escrow. All counterparty vetting, metal purity verification, physical testing, and reference checks are your sole responsibility prior to sending funds or shipping items.

4. Detailed Descriptions & Accurate Condition

Listings must include: metal type (gold, silver, platinum, etc.), purity (.999, .9999), weight (oz, g, kg), mint/refiner, item type (bar, coin, round), and packaging/condition (assay, tube, box). Vague posts without detailed photos and stamp close-ups will be declined. If the delivered lot differs substantially from the description, the seller must accept a return.

5. Deal Lock & Commitment

Any confirmation of purchase or sale—whether made publicly in the comments ("Sold", "Mine", "Claimed", "Spot + X", etc.) or privately via direct messages (DMs)—officially locks the deal within the club. Backing out, attempting to backchannel sell reserved bullion for a higher premium, or failing to honor agreed pricing terms is prohibited and leads directly to removal from the club.

6. Clear WTB Requests

When posting a Want to Buy (WTB / ISO) request, clearly state your exact requirements (metal type, form factor, quantity, target premium/price, location/shipping needs). Creating WTB posts strictly to "fish" for market spot valuations or premiums is not allowed—only post if you are actively prepared to make a purchase.

7. No Self-Promotion in Other FS Posts

Offering your own bullion inventory for sale in the comments of another seller's For Sale (FS) listing is strictly prohibited. If you want to sell your metal, create your own post.

8. No Counterfeits or Misrepresented Metals

Counterfeit bars, fake coins, base metal cores, or undisclosed plated/filled items passed off as solid bullion are strictly banned. Only genuine investment-grade metals and authentic numismatic bullion are permitted in this club. Any alloyed, scrap, or secondary market metal must be explicitly disclosed.

9. Fair Auction Rules

If running a bullion auction, you must clearly state starting price (or formula based on spot rate), bid increments, and end time in advance. Both top bidder and seller are required to complete the trade on final terms. Canceling auction results due to spot price fluctuations or without valid justification is grounds for immediate removal.

10. Zero Tolerance

Client poaching, spamming, backing out of locked commitments, harvesting member data for external groups, or any attempt to scam will result in an immediate, permanent ban across all 999 platforms without exception.
